SHANE SWILLEY
Hi, my name is Shane. I am an employment law attorney serving clients throughout Oregon and Washington. I provide advice and counsel on complying with the constantly changing state and federal employment laws, and represent clients in litigation arising out of the employment relationship. What I enjoy most about my practice is getting to know my clients and their businesses. When I am not working, you will find me spending time with my family, golfing, trying a new restaurant, cheering for the Trailblazers and Seahawks, or enjoying the outdoors.

Hello. My name is Chester. I joined Cosgrave’s Business Litigation Practice Group as an associate attorney in the fall of 2016. During law school, I worked for Cosgrave as a law clerk, splitting my time between the Business Practice Group and the Business Litigation practice group. My hope is to bring a litigation prospective to the blog. I spend my free time playing pick-up basketball, and exploring Portland with friends.
